Consultations

 

As a medical educator, I primarily host educational presentations in group settings. However, I also provide individual medical consultations and case management.

 

On a personalized basis, I will relate physiological information about your specific symptoms to help you formulate an understanding of your health concern. I will also prepare for you therapeutic options drawn from evidenced based medicine (scientific medical studies) that will most likely alleviate the cause of your condition and/or ease symptoms.

Consultations are limited to:  

    Menstrual physiology 
    Menopausal physiology 
    Osteoporosis prevention and management
    Cardiovascular physiology

My specialization in cardiovascular physiology is specific to cardiovascular risk management. This includes cholesterol management, the prevention & management of type two diabetes and high blood pressure, reduction of inflammatory vascular mediators, arterial stiffness and oxidative stress.

To begin, kindly email the following information:

1) Age, weight/height, what prescription medications you are currently taking,

what dietary supplements or herbal supplements you are taking.
2) Also include a brief overview of your specific health concern.
